Achievements include:

•	Architect, data modeler, and TSQL, Delphi developer. Constructed an accelerated debt reduction service that retrieves funds collected from multiple client accounts to pay multiple periodic loan payments on the client’s behalf in an optimal manner. Metrics are interest savings and the time to pay off loans. Design parameters include loan financing rates, payment delivery times, and use of a grace period. Patent pending on an algorithm for recovery from a funding failure event.
•	Prepared TSQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and functions to implement real-time and back-end processing requirements, support web services, and create reporting facilities. Critical design parameters include built-in test, re-usability and scalability. Prepared a plethora of TSQL queries to support BI reporting and migration requirements. Regularly conducted simulation testing to ensure that significant changes will have only the desired result in production.
•	Administered multiple, synchronized, merge replicated, 24x7 production databases. Created an archive migration system to slow growth of this 50GB DB. Migrated complete system to SQL Server 2008, optimizing maintenance plans and DB statistics to enhance system performance.
•	Employed Delphi with DLLs, ActiveX, and Rave components to post payments and credits (ACH, RPPS, & check printing), implement FTP/email requirements, support client servicing, and perform overnight processing. Applications incorporate significant logging and test facilities.
•	Created a sophisticated affiliate compensation structure that provides broad flexibility with which to customize commission payout requirements.
•	Created a TSQL based financial reporting system for client liability and accounts receivable; incorporating built in reconciliation on a client-by-client basis (a sophisticated Excel report).
